In less than a year, Fulton County Government successfully encouraged 900 of its 6,000 employees to try an alternative to driving alone with the help of The Clean Air Campaign.

Because Fulton County’s two main offices are easily accessible by metro Atlanta’s transit providers, transit is the primary focus of the commute options program. In addition to subsidized passes for Xpress, MARTA, Gwinnett County Transit and Cobb Community Transit, Fulton County also offers a formal compressed work week to most of its employees keeping almost 1,500 people off the road at least one day a week!
