The PACE Award for “Telework Catalyst” is given to an employer that has implemented the most outstanding formal telework program.

Employer Service Organization Partner: Midtown Transportation Solutions and The Clean Air Campaign
Vocalocity implemented a formal telework policy in 2010 after consulting The Clean Air Campaign. Today, more than 70 percent of its staff teleworks at least one day per week, although many employees work from home as many as three days per week. Management surveys found the Vocalocity telework program delivered across-the-board improvements in employee retention and recruitment. Last year, Vocalocity registered 32 percent of its commutes as clean commutes.
