Commuters who carpool, vanpool, bike or use transit and are unable to catch their normal ride home due to unexpected events (illness, unscheduled overtime, etc) can receive a free Guaranteed Ride Home from The Clean Air Campaign or RideSmart.

For Commuters Who Work Outside Metro Atlanta

RideSmart offers a Guaranteed Ride Home program to registered commuters. Sign up today, and you may qualify for up to five (5) trips home or to your car from work each year if an unexpected event occurs. Please note, you must fill out, sign and return your application to RideSmart, as well as receive enrollment confirmation, before using the service. To sign up for the RideSmart Guaranteed Ride Home program serving commuters and employers in metro Atlanta*, print the RideSmart 2012 Program Application and Agreement for enrollment.

The Clean Air Campaign’s Guaranteed Ride Home program is available to commuters who:

work in Athens, Augusta, Columbus, Dalton, Macon, Rome or surrounding areas and;
work for employers who have officially partnered with The Clean Air Campaign and;
are enrolled in Commuter Rewards programs

The Clean Air Campaign provides reimbursement for the costs of a ride from work to an employee’s home (or to their car) via taxi, rental car or private vehicle for eligible commuters who carpool, vanpool, take transit, walk or bike to work. Simply complete The Clean Air Campaign’s Guaranteed Ride Home reimbursement request and submit with original fare receipt within 7 days to The Clean Air Campaign.

*RideSmart Guaranteed Ride Home service area includes the following counties: Barrow, Bartow, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Newton, Paulding, Rockdale, Spalding, Walton
