The Audit and Finance Committee has adopted a Whistleblower Policy in order to comply with the intent of Section 301 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. This policy provides a mechanism for the anonymous and confidential receipt, retention, and handling of concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters.
If you have a concern that you would like to submit via email please e-mail whistleblower@cleanaircampaign.org to send an e-mail directly to the mailbox of the Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee.
